Directions:  
We are conveniently located in William Land Park next to the Sacramento Zoo and Fairytale Town. Our physical address is 1350 17th Ave, Sacramento, CA 95822.

From I-5 north/Natomas:
Drive south past downtown Sacramento to the Sutterville road exit.  Travel east, over the highway until you reach your first right, Land Park Drive.  Take a left on Land Park Drive until you reach 16th avenue, and turn right.  Follow 16th avenue past Fairytale town on your left, and the pony ride on your right.  Funderland will be located on your right.  Look for the green fencing.

From I-5 south/Elk Grove/South Sac:
Drive north toward downtown Sacramento.  Exit at Sutterville road and travel east, over the highway until you reach your first right, Land Park Drive.  Take a left on Land Park Drive until you reach 16th avenue, and turn right.  Follow 16th avenue past Fairytale town on your left, and the pony ride on your right.  Funderland will be located on your right.  Look for the green fencing.

From 99 North/Capital City Freeway/Business 80/Roseville/North Highlands
Drive south on Hwy 99/busi 80 toward downtown.  Pass downtown until you reach the 12thave exit, and exit to the right.  Turn right onto 12th avenue, and continue past Franklin, over the railroad track, and past city college until you dead end at William Land Park.  Turn left at the dead end onto Freeport Blvd.  When you come to your first light make a right onto Sutterville Road.  Follow Sutterville road until you see 17th ave on your right.  It will lead into the park.  Turn right onto 17th Ave and follow it until you see Funderland on your left.

From 99 South/Elk Grove
Drive north on 99 toward downtown Sacramento.  You will pass Mack road, Florin road, and Fruitridge road.  Take the 12th ave/Sutterville road exit and turn left, traveling west, over the highway.  Continue on 12th ave, and continue past Franklin, over the railroad track, and past city college until you dead end at William Land Park.  Turn left at the dead end onto Freeport Blvd.  When you come to your first light make a right onto Sutterville Road.  Follow Sutterville road until you see 17th ave on your right.  It will lead into the park.  Turn right onto 17th Ave and follow it until you see Funderland on your left.

From 50 east/Rancho Cordova/Folsom
Drive west on 50 toward downtown Sacramento.  Take 99 south until you reach the 12thave exit, and exit to the right.  Turn right onto 12th avenue, and continue past Franklin, over the railroad track, and past city college until you dead end at William Land Park.  Turn left at the dead end onto Freeport Blvd.  When you come to your first light make a right onto Sutterville Road.  Follow Sutterville road until you see 17th ave on your right.  It will lead into the park.  Turn right onto 17th Ave and follow it until you see Funderland on your left.

Rides:

  1. Funderland Train
    1. Come aboard the Funderland Express, and enjoy the park scenery in your own passenger car.  Pass through the haunted tunnel and through the twisting track.  Give a friendly wave to the passing guests at the railroad crossing and speed back to the Funderland Depot for more fun.  
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  There are no height or age requirements for this ride, but please keep in mind that all riders must have head and body control.  Any riders not meeting this requirement may ride if a ticketed rider accompanies them.  
  2. Dragon Coaster
    1. Slowly climb the track until your dragon reaches the sky, then race dive back down, swooping, twisting, and finally ending up where you started.  But the fun’s not over yet… you still have two more rounds!
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  All riders must be at least two years old to ride, and be at least 48” to ride.  Riders that do not meet the 48” height, but are taller than 42” may ride with another rider that is between 42” and 48” tall.  Those riders that fall between 36” and 42” may ride with a ticketed adult.
  3. Tea Cups
    1. Spin, spin, and spin some more!  Go crazy on our spinning TeaCups, and make sure to eat that corndog after you ride.
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  Riders must be at least two years old to ride the TeaCups.  
  4. Log Flume
    1. Cool off on a hot summer day at the Funderland Log Flume.  Gently start your cruise by floating down the Funderland river.  As you round the bend you will be lifted skyward and splash down in our floating pool.  Get ready, after your first splash down get ready for your second splashdown.
    2. Please be aware that riders may get wet on this ride. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  Riders must be at least two years old to ride and over 42” tall to ride alone.  Riders that do not meet the height requirement may ride with a ticketed rider that meets the height requirements.  There is a maximum weight limit of 200 pounds per log.
  5. Backroads Buggies
    1. Not ready to see your little one start driving?  Then hop on our Backroads Buggies and take comfort knowing that the car is doing the driving for them.  
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  There are no height or age requirements for this ride, but please keep in mind that all riders must have head and body control.  Any riders not meeting this requirement may ride if a ticketed rider accompanies them.  
  6. Oscar the Octopus
    1. Truly a Funderland classic.  This ride has remained a staple of Funderland for well over 50 years!  Oscar the Octopus is perfect for younger riders ready to venture out on their own.
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  There is no age requirement for this ride, but riders must be under 42” inches to ride.  Please keep in mind that all riders must have head and body control to ride as well.
  7. Red Baron Plane Ride
    1. Soar upwards through the sky and live the adventure as a fighter pilot on the Funderland Red Baron Plane Ride.  Pilots will spin round and round as well have the opportunity to control their own plane and dive at command
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  There are no height or age requirements for this ride, but please keep in mind that all riders must have head and body control.  Any riders not meeting this requirement may ride if a ticketed rider accompanies them.  
  8. Carousel
    1. Always a favorite!  Pick your pony and ride into the wild blue yonder on the antique Funderland Carousel.  
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  Riders must be at least 42” to ride unaccompanied.  Riders that do not meet the height requirement may ride if an adult stands next to them.  Adults standing next to children on the carousel will not need a ticket as they are not taking up a seat on the ride. At no time may two riders ride on one horse together.
  9. The Wild Stagecoach
    1. Hop aboard your stagecoach and get prepared to take a crazy ride both forwards and backwards!
    2. For your own safety please remember that at no time will any expectant mothers or individuals with hard casts be allowed to ride the ride.  Riders must be at least three years old and over 42” tall to ride the Wild Stagecoach.  If riders do not meet the minimum height requirement, but are at least three years old they may ride with another ticketed rider that is at least 42” tall.
